Summit Council Authorizes Closed Session on Firehouse Sale

NJ SUMMIT — Summit Common Council votes to authorize closed executive session on firehouse property. The special meeting voted unanimously to move discussion of a potential firehouse sale into closed session. Council President Pro Tempore Michelle Kalmanson convened the meeting, with councilmembers Boyer, Crisafulli, Landman, Lasaracina, and Pawlowski present, and Council President Toth absent.
Resolution 41987, moved by Councilmember Pawlowski and seconded by Councilmember Lasaracina, passed unanimously. Acting City Solicitor Marina Brown noted no action would be taken during the closed session.
